Frequently Asked Questions

  • What happens after the 30 days?
Hopefully your continuous journey to the targeted weight & body fat loss. The aim of this program is to create & enjoy a pattern of regular cooking which WILL stand you in good stead going forward. Your health starts with what you eat & the more control you have over what your food is & how it is made the better.
  • What if I do not see any results after the 30 day period?
Noticable results can & will vary amongst individuals but even if clear changes do not seem to be present it does not mean that none are occuring. The key is to stick to it & try to limit (if not entirely avoid) sugar, alcohol & over eating. 30 days is designed to form a new pattern of cooking & eating habits. If done the body will respond favourably in its own time.
  • Why this program, what about a liquid meal diet?
In short, not sustainable. Marketing to busy people lacking time to eat properly is part of another problem. Wholesome, solid food is the real thing & what we're designed for.
  • Do you offer any further advice other than the dishes shown?
